Every change they recommend is personalised to you ensuring maximum results for the minimum of effort. Each week you will receive eatfit top tips from the eatfit programme manual essential to your long term lifestyle change.

Initial Assessment
This is the time where we get to know you. We do most of the listening focusing on your history, habits, feelings and routines rather than a perfectionists approach to nutrition. The minimum you can expect is three top tips to get you started. The maximum – the fully committed support of a health and motivation professional on a programme tried and tested by hundreds of successful clients.

Weekly Consultations
Look forward to your weekly visit with your eatfit nutritionist for motivation and support on your eatfit programme. Yearly Plan
At the completion of your programme, eatfit remains by your side. A yearly plan will paint the picture to the maintenance of your healthy weight. This will include periods for rest and relaxation, commitment, measurement and accountability. All planned to accommodate not overtake, events occurring in your life.
